2020 and beyond is all about digital transformation for business. Global IT spending is expected to continue to grow in 2020, increasing 3.7 percent to over $3.8 trillion as enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects boost growth. (Source: Economic Times reporting on Gartner forecast).

For small to medium sized businesses, typically slower to adopt new technologies than larger corporations, this means they must carefully align their technology with growth objectives.

If you aren’t aligning business goals with IT strategy, you should be. Smart business leaders understand the impact IT has on scaling and protecting their business. There are many critical decisions business leaders have to make going into 2020 and beyond. Those critical decisions include looking at new technology to enhance system performance and efficiency, understanding business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, enhancing cybersecurity capabilities to mitigate risk on the system and human level and potentially, replacing old or underutilized servers and moving specific or all workloads to the cloud. Technology is changing fast, and re-evaluating how IT both serves and enables the success of your business is prudent.

Below is a free planning guide you can use to determine if you are prepared or may need a professional assessment of your IT program.

Q. Was your last major investment in IT infrastructure or systems 3 or more years ago?

Q. Do you feel that you are receiving good value and getting the most return on the dollars you invest in IT?

Q. Do you feel like your IT systems and staff/service provider address the following effectively?

Disaster recovery capabilities (business continuity)

Cybersecurity related protections – at the firewall and system-level as well as dual-factor authentication for end-users to access systems

Ease of remote access to all software and data you use from anywhere on any device

Educating your staff, so they understand cyber-related threats that abound and how to mitigate those threats

Q. Do you feel your current MSP or IT staff are:

Proactive with overall management and support of systems and end-users (at the network, server, disaster recovery, security, and PC / Laptop levels)

Aligning technology solutions and capabilities to help accomplish business goals and execute your strategy

Looking forward at new technology to take advantage of enhanced capabilities

Staying current as well as looking forward to combat cyber threat trends

Resolving system or end user challenges in a timely and effective manner

Meet our leader.

Don't take our word for it.

Hear from one of our happy clients.

"Adopt hosts all of our data in the cloud. Now I don't have to worry about the things that kept me up at night when everything was on our servers. A human being answers the phone and helps us quickly. There are a lot of cloud computing solutions out there, and it's hard to tell them apart. For Adopt the distinguishing factor is their relentless customer service. They take that seriously. As a business owner, when your people need access to tech support knowing we don't have to wait a day or a week but have a resolution in minutes is the most outstanding thing about them."

We will never confuse you with tech speak. We speak plainly and cheerfully, and we are relentless with our approach to customer service.

We are honest. We will never sell you something you don’t need, and we often protect you from making the wrong decisions about your IT that would otherwise cost you and line our pockets.

We understand that time is money. You have more important things to do than to call us, so we thoroughly train your users, and we move quickly to resolve any issues that arise.

We promise:
